I have been taking pictures most of my life, since my parents gave me a Kodak Brownie camera at age 7. I have studied photography at San Francisco Art Institute and the University of New Mexico, and taught photography at UNM Los Alamos. I live in Jemez Springs, New Mexico, with my wife Donna Lea, who is a fabric artist.

I am surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
